Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking online, customer would have to pay 100% in advance for your services. However, paying by cash which would get $5 off of any at least 60 minutes massage, customer has to call or walk-in for reserving services.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session.

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged full price of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

During 15 minutes massage, If you aren't happy with our service or with our facility, we could switch therapist who are available for you, or switch room or we are able to make a full refund. On the other hand, we aren't able to make a refund to you with any circumstance when the service has been performing over 15 minutes.
